County records may be achieved at any tournament or club target day where GNAS rules of shooting are observed. At a club target day the round must have been scored and witnessed by another archer, Senior or Junior, shooting the round with the claimant. All claims must reach the County Records Officer within 6 months.

Club target day rounds must include the original score sheet or a photocopy and be endorsed by a club officer.

Tournament rounds must include the official results sheet or the score sheet endorsed by the tournament organiser.

Juniors must always state there age at the date of the shoot.
